SEA SHIPPING CHARGES.
This option is normally used for bulky and heavy items that can fit in a container. We do both full containers and groupage (shared) container from Guangzhou port to Mombasa then Uganda warehouse - NAMANVE.
Our current sea shipping rate is $210/CBM from China to Uganda.
CBM is a Cubic Meter measuring One (1) metre in Length, Width and Height. So you only pay for the total CBM your items occupy in the container. You can ask the supplier how many CBMs your item is.
Sea Shipping takes only 3 weeks from the day the container sets off in Guangzhou, 1 week in Mombasa port and 1 week from Mombasa to our Namanve Industrial park - Uganda warehouse.
NB: Due to unforeseen circumstances and port traffic in Mombasa, we may experience rare occurrences of delays but we always keep you informed.
Shipping fees is paid when items reach Mombasa port.

AIR CARGO CHARGES
At Buy China to Uganda, we ship any product from China to Uganda upto your doorstep 🚪 🇺🇬 🚪
Our current Air Cargo rate is $18/Kg including taxes and this takes about 7-14 days only.
Battery 🔋 items, Liquids 💧, Creams, Medicines, Powder items, Phones, Laptops, Jewelry, Perfumes, Spirits, Chemicals and Wedding gowns can be shipped by Air Cargo but have a different rate which is agreed upon prior to shipping.

URA TAXES

25% - Import duty
18% - VAT
6% - Withholding Tax
1.5% - Environmental Levy

Other costs may vary sometimes;
✅ PVOC / UNBS - Checking quality standards of item you are importing.
✅ Storage at warehouse, this is only known on the day you are exiting, shared bill normally less than 100k each.
✅ Clearing agent service fee - The person working on your tax entry on your behalf with URA, charge is 600k shared among all clients with items in that same consignment.
